Shipping and Return Policy
This policy applies only to physical products listed on this site’s store.
All goods are carefully packaged and sent using the Singapore postal service.
Shipping costs are not included in the cost of an item unless stated.
Purchased items are shipped by Singapore registered mail for extra speed, protection and peace of mind.
Delivery times are normally 7-10 business days.
If an item is returned due to the fact that the shipping address supplied at the time of purchase was incorrect, or no longer valid, or no one was present at the time of delivery, I will resend the item but these and all further shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
There are three scenarios where you may need to return goods:
1. The items you ordered are damaged / defective:
Advise within 5 days of despatch, I will pay the return cost and send out replacement items.
2. I have sent you the incorrect items:
Advise within 5 days of despatch, I will pay the return cost and send out correct items.
3. You have received the goods and realise that you have ordered the incorrect items:
Advise within 5 days of despatch and I’d be happy to exchange these for other items available on our website. You pay the return cost and, upon receipt and successful inspection of the returned goods, I will send your newly selected items.
Except where goods are damaged, I ask that all returned goods be in a condition that I can resell directly to another customer. Where I am unable to do do this, I reserve the right to upwardly adjust the prices of items I resend to reflect this.
